Who We are
It all began in the winter of 1992 when Matt and Rachael Juarez established their roots in Central Oregon. They fell in love with the outdoors and raised their 6 children to appreciate being in the woods, close to nature.
It wasn’t long after they purchased the ranch of their dreams that their entrepreneurial spirits kicked into gear. A vision was sparked to create a family business that serves others through products cultivated right from their backyard. This vision was also aligned with Matt’s indigenous roots as many of his ancestors were both hunters and farmers. Thus, the name ARROWLEAF. Needless to say, they were excited to share part of their home and native roots with the CBD community.
The ranch in which we call home is positioned between the alpine foothills of the Cascades and high deserts of Central Oregon, where the elements gather to create a unique and formidable environment. The local flora and fauna are hardy and ecologically balanced, a clear reflection of the premium hemp the Juarez family grows each season.

Matt and Rachael Juarez
Owners
Matt & Rachael are the owners of ARROWLEAF and Full Quiver Ranch, LLC. Matt has spent most of his 25+ year career as an Operations Executive for a leading software company in Bend, Oregon. He has always been physically active and now that he is in his late 40's, CBD has been key to maintaining his active lifestyle by easing joint and muscle pain from inflammation. Matt is a firm believer in the many benefits that the hemp plant brings to the human body and is beyond happy to share these benefits with others. Rachael has also played an integral role in tending to the business with her compassionate support and love for working on the farm. She is also a user of CBD to soothe her sore joints from a connective tissue disease she acquired many years ago. Matt spends most of his free time training Brazilian jiu-jitsu, snowboarding, fly fishing and archery elk hunting. Rachael spends her time tending to the needs of their children and searching for hidden treasures on their ranch property.
Gabriel Juarez
General Manager
Gabriel has been playing in the dirt from before he could walk and has always loved being outdoors. As an adolescent, he quickly became a competent gardener, specializing in medicinal herbs. Attention to detail and going above and beyond for the plants is his number one priority. He has become an operational expert when it comes to each process required to ensure a healthy harvest each year. On his days off, Gabriel enjoys fly fishing and spending time with his supportive wife Elizabeth and their rescue dogs.
Jacob Juarez
Senior Farm Technician
Jacob treasures the quiet walks amongst our field rows and takes pride in establishing individual relationships with our plants. He is one of the key pillars to the farm operation ensuring each process is executed in a timely manner and with excellence. His education in art, design, and history promotes a high degree of discipline and creativity as is reflected in his contributions to our farm’s infrastructure. In his free time, Jacob can be found studying, drawing, flintknapping, or playing boardgames with his wife Megan.
Daniel Juarez
Lead Farm Technician
Alongside his two older brothers, Daniel grew up catching lizards, snakes, and playing in the creek on the very same land on which we now grow hemp. After working full time our first season he found a passion for metal fabrication and mechanics, but lends a hand on the farm every chance he gets. In his free time he enjoys studying scripture, being on the river, and spending time with family.
